Help manage classroom activities, ensuring all children have the support they need to succeed. What We're Looking For: Experience working with young children, particularly within an EYFS setting. A warm, caring, and nurturing personality with an understanding of the developmental needs of young learners. Strong communication skills, both with children and adults. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is desirable.
