Job Title: Food Production Operative

Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour (weekly pay with opportunity for increases)

Hours: 40 hours per week - weekly rotating shifts

Shift Times: Early: 05:45am - 14:00pm Late: 13:45pm - 22:00pm

Interview: As soon as possible

We're currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client, a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Woodbridge, Suffolk, with an immediate start available. Due to the rural location, candidates must have their own transport.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month trial period. The company provides excellent training and development, allowing you to learn multiple areas of the business with opportunities for pay increases as your skills grow.

• Adding bottles to the production line


• Packing bottles into boxes ready for dispatch


• Ensuring all standards, procedures and practices are followed


• Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment

You'll be a reliable and motivated Production Operative with a good work ethic and attention to detail. You'll be flexible with the working shifts, following procedures, and contributing positively within a manufacturing team.

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or packaging experience is beneficial


• Ability to work rotating shifts


• Own transport due to site location - this is essential


• Good attention to detail and reliability


• Willingness to learn and develop within the business
