Location: East Fleet Farm, Dorset DT3 4DW

Contract: Seasonal contract - Variable Hours

Salary: £13.53 per hour - Paid weekly!

Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced food and beverage professional to support the delivery of the Food & Beverage service at East Fleet Farm.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver delight.
• Support the smooth running of the venue, the preparation for service, and oversee service and after service duties.
• Work alongside the team in a fast paced, high volume venue with a constant eye on delivering world class service.
• Drive revenue through service and sales while maintaining a focus on profitable growth.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager.

Holidays and evening events mean working on bank holidays, evenings, and weekends as well.

Qualifications

• Previous team leader experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
