Job Description

Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager - Fast Growth SaaS & Technology Automotive Service Provider

A newly created role is now open for a Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager - an opportunity suited to someone commercially minded, self-driven, and motivated by building something with real impact. This position offers the agility of a startup with the stability of a well-funded, growing business.

The total compensation package is £40,000-£50,000 basic with up to a £55k OTE, with a flexible base/commission split, company car, private healthcare, 4% pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave. The successful candidate will be home based with weekly travel into their London office, working within a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and clarity over fluff.

About the company:

This is a fast-growing, tech-led business reshaping the vehicle maintenance industry with a digital-first, customer-focused model.

Backed by a major European automotive group and operating across the UK and Europe, the company combines real-world service delivery with a streamlined online experience.

With a 60-person team and a rapidly expanding footprint, it offers a rare blend of startup pace and corporate muscle - without the corporate nonsense.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new small fleet customers (typically SMEs with up to 50 vehicles)
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding
  • Developing and expanding long-term relationships with clients to drive growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven B2B sales or partnership experience, ideally with SME clients (fleet or automotive industry background is advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to workload management
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
  • Adaptability, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently without unnecessary oversight
