Automotive Learning Specialist

Who would be our next colleague: A passionate automotive expert with a talent for turning automotive technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences. As an Automotive Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful training programs through the ARC Europe Academy, helping our teams staying ahead of our industry trends and driving continuous development across our network.

What you will do in a nutshell:

• Design and develop structured learning programs and journeys.
• Collaborate with the Head of L&D, learning journey owners, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Apply instructional methods, techniques, and media to create engaging Instructor-Led Training and e-learning content for ARC Europe's Academy.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to align content with instructional goals and audience needs.
• Manage digital courses and e-learning programs within ARC Europe's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure all training materials are interactive, engaging, and effective.
• Collect and analyze both digital and instructor-led training outcomes to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support the Head of L&D in organizing training events.
• Attend OEM Train-the-Trainer events and disseminate knowledge across the ARC Europe Network.
• Collaborate closely with trainers from ARC Europe network to ensure knowledge sharing.

Some of the qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor's (required) or Master's (preferred) in Automotive Engineering or STEM.

Required Skills:

• Experience or education in training, instructional design, or e-learning development (preferred).
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.g., Rise, Storyline, Talent LMS).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ability to create engaging, multimedia-based learning content.

Language Skills:

• English (mandatory) - Official language of ARC Europe.
• Additional European languages (e.g., French, Polish, Dutch) are desirable

The following additional experience would be ideal:

• Experience in working in a pan-European environment.
• Experience with the organisation of assistance services.
• Knowledge of the automotive clubs and assistance providers in Europe is considered a plus.
