1. Week 1: 6am to 2pm
2. Week 2: 2pm to 10pm

1 in 8 Saturdays - Can swap for day off in the week

About the Role

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to play a vital role in coordinating our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrable understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

What Does the Role Entail?

1. Assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
2. Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while maintaining standards of excellence.
3. Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, ensuring records are maintained and kept at an optimal level.

What Do We Need From You?

We welcome applications from candidates with the following experience, but we also value potential and talent:

• Previous practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices.
• Experience in preparation and distribution of volume orders.
• Proficiency with logistics software packages.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organize, and train direct reports.

A recognized qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is a plus.
