Financial Controller - Stable Team Work-Life Balance

Your Role: Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you'll be a close strategic partner to the Head of Finance. Your work will balance hands-on financial operations with higher-level strategic initiatives. You'll help shape the company's financial sustainability while occasionally supporting the accounting team when needed.

Key Responsibilities as Financial Controller

• Budgets and forecasts
• Help in the Creation of dashboards and tools to support executive decision-making
• Prepare internal reporting
• Explain variance analysis
• Lead and contribute to financial sub-projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Process and record specific financial transactions
• Report directly to the Head of Finance

Your Profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting , finance or controlling
• You speak Dutch and French
