Your Role: Financial Controller
As a Financial Controller, you'll be a close strategic partner to the Head of Finance. Your work will balance hands-on financial operations with higher-level strategic initiatives. You'll help shape the company's financial sustainability while occasionally supporting the accounting team when needed.
Key Responsibilities as Financial Controller
- Budgets and forecasts
- Help in the Creation of dashboards and tools to support executive decision-making
- Prepare internal reporting
- Explain variance analysis
- Lead and contribute to financial sub-projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Process and record specific financial transactions
- Report directly to the Head of Finance
Your Profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting , finance or controlling
- You speak Dutch and French
