Finance Transformation Lead - ERP, Financial Services

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Finance Transformation Lead - ERP, Financial Services

You must have the following skills and experience:

Significant experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes within Financial Services (banks, insurers, building societies, asset managers, payments firms or other regulated institutions)
A track record of managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, controls, reporting and data
Experience working across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology and business functions
Proven knowledge of Financial Services regulatory and control environments
Experience with finance systems, reporting tools, data platforms or process automation
The credibility and communication skills to influence at CFO level
A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Exposure to ERP, EPM or reporting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Databricks, Jade, Helix, Power BI or Tableau
A consulting or advisory background, or experience leading enterprise-wide change
