Finance Transformation Lead - ERP, Financial Services

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Finance Transformation Lead - ERP, Financial Services

You must have the following skills and experience:

• Significant experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes within Financial Services (banks, insurers, building societies, asset managers, payments firms or other regulated institutions)
• A track record of managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, controls, reporting and data
• Experience working across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology and business functions
• Proven knowledge of Financial Services regulatory and control environments
• Experience with finance systems, reporting tools, data platforms or process automation
• The credibility and communication skills to influence at CFO level
• A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Exposure to ERP, EPM or reporting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Databricks, Jade, Helix, Power BI or Tableau
• A consulting or advisory background, or experience leading enterprise-wide change
