Finance Officer

Your new role

• Manage petty cash, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and supported.
• Post and allocate bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, maintain the purchase ledger, and raise purchase orders.
• Complete credit card reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice, payment, and rent queries.
• Support month-end activities and provide general accounts administration support.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years' relevant finance experience.
• Experience using accounting or finance systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
