The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and cost control processes within a leading manufacturing organisation.

Description

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Control costs and provide analysis.
• Support the internal and external audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive efficiencies.

Profile

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• People management skills, with experience running a team of 5+.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards.
• Detailed knowledge of VAT, CAPEX & HMRC compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
