Overview

A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading property company. Based in London, this role is a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities
  • Leading month end close process
  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly accounts
  • Preparing reports on CAPEX spend
  • Preparing detailed reports to enable informed decision making
  • Preparing cashflow forecasts
  • Leading annual budget process
  • Supporting annual audit process
  • Reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reviewing and approving monthly payroll
  • Managing small finance team
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant, practice trained
  • Strong technical accounting skills including IFRS
  • Previous experience working at Finance Manager level
  • Ability to make efficiencies across finance
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience managing a small finance team
  • Advanced IT skills
