Job Description
Overview 
A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading property company. Based in London, this role is a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities- Leading month end close process
- Preparing accurate and timely monthly accounts
- Preparing reports on CAPEX spend
- Preparing detailed reports to enable informed decision making
- Preparing cashflow forecasts
- Leading annual budget process
- Supporting annual audit process
- Reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing and approving monthly payroll
- Managing small finance team
- Qualified accountant, practice trained
- Strong technical accounting skills including IFRS
- Previous experience working at Finance Manager level
- Ability to make efficiencies across finance
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience managing a small finance team
- Advanced IT skills
