ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
The Role:
We are seeking a diligent Finance Administrator to join our growing team.This is a very exciting time for the business and our teamas we are working to solidify the businesses processes in order to support high levels of forecasted growth. We are looking for someone who is excited to get stuck in and help to make this happen!

You will:
Our ideal team member will love data and processes, is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You should be comfortable working in a small but expanding team with initiative and great communication skills.
You will be resolving customer queries and issues, managing automated credit control by addressing exceptions and complaints, and improving efficiency and debt recovery. in addition you will assistthe team with raising invoices process supplier invoices in Xero, and processexpense claims and health insurance information.
What we are looking for:
- Finance administration, spreadsheets and process improvement skills are a must
- You will also be a great communicator, with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate excel knowledge and skills
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and who can keep pace with change
- Working knowledge of Xero however training will be provided
- Remote working experience is an advantage
