The Role

As a Field Sales Consultant in our Wood Division, you'll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You'll work across market sectors including:

• Metal Fabrication
• Hospitality (Hotels & Shopfitters)

You'll be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast paced, results driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities and grow your territory
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships
• Use sales systems to track performance and activity
• Overcome objections and consistently achieve - or exceed - targets

What We're Looking For

• A self motivated, target driven individual who thrives working independently
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for sales
• Confidence to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs
• Willingness to learn - full product training is provided
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Full UK driving licence

What You'll Get in Return

• £24,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300, with OTE of £34,216
