Our client is a well-established and highly regarded South East law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE to join its growing family department.

The role offers a high-quality privately funded caseload, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career within an experienced and supportive team.

The Role

You will handle a varied private family caseload including:

• Divorce and financial remedy matters
• Private children work
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Separation and cohabitation matters
• Negotiations, advocacy and client advisory work
• Managing your own caseload and client relationships

About You

• 5+ PQE in private family law
• Strong experience across financial remedy and children matters
• Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
• Strong client care, drafting and advocacy skills
• Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proactive and commercial approach
