Location: Berkshire Hybrid working

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded South East law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE to join its growing family department.
The role offers a high-quality privately funded caseload, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career within an experienced and supportive team.
The Role
You will handle a varied private family caseload including:
- Divorce and financial remedy matters
- Private children work
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Separation and cohabitation matters
- Negotiations, advocacy and client advisory work
- Managing your own caseload and client relationships
About You
- 5+ PQE in private family law
- Strong experience across financial remedy and children matters
- Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
- Strong client care, drafting and advocacy skills
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proactive and commercial approach
