Facilities Supervisor (M&E)Location: Medway / Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £350 per day
Hours: Full - Time
Contract Type: Temporary for 3 months with the potential to go on longer
Morgan Jones is working confidentially on behalf of a public sector client to recruit an experienced Facilities Supervisor to support the delivery of Hard FM services on an interim basis. This is a hands on supervisory role, ideal for an FM professional with strong M&E knowledge who can quickly take ownership of contractor performance, compliance, and service delivery across a diverse property portfolio.

- Manage and monitor FM supply chain performance
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards
- Provide technical advice on building services and compliance matters
- Review maintenance programmes and identify service improvements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors
- Support statutory compliance, health & safety, and sustainability objectives
- Proven experience in Hard FM / M&E supervision
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance within building services
- Experience working with external contractors and maintenance providers
- Relevant FM, building services or H&S qualifications
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
