We are seeking a compassionate SEMH Specialist to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and behavioural support
• Build positive relationships with pupils
• Support learning and classroom engagement
• Work alongside teaching staff to implement support plans

Requirements

• Experience working with SEMH needs
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Passion for supporting vulnerable young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
