Salary: £28,752 per annum - access to a company van.
Location: Office and site-based role with regular travel across the Group's corporate offices, hubs and other corporate or commercial buildings.
Hours: 36 hours per week.
Contract Type: Permanent.

Day in the life of a Facilities OfficerIn this role, you'll support the smooth day to day operation of our corporate and commercial buildings, helping to ensure our facilities services are delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistent standard.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager - Corporate Buildings, you'll:
- Respond to building-related issues and queries
- Support compliance and health & safety requirements
- Carry out low-level repairs and basic maintenance tasks (within your level of competence)

In addition you'll bring:
- Experience in facilities management, building operations, caretaking or a similar role (essential)
- Ability to carry out minor repairs and practical tasks safely within defined limits (essential)
- A good understanding of workplace health & safety requirements (essential)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities (essential)
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and contractors (essential)
- Experience maintaining records and using digital systems (essential)
- Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development (essential)
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 31 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
