EYFS Teacher - Leeds

Milk Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Leeds who are looking for passionate and creative EYFS Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teacher or ECT who is passionate about giving children the very best start to their education. You'll be joining a nurturing environment where curiosity, creativity, play, and child development are at the heart of learning.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Support children's communication, language, physical, social, and emotional development
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
• Differentiate activities to meet the individual needs of every child
• Build strong and trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to support pupil development
• Encourage independence, confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain high safeguarding standards

We're looking for someone who is:

• A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Experienced in EYFS or passionate about developing their Early Years practice
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS curriculum and Early Learning Goals
• Creative, nurturing, and enthusiastic
• Confident in supporting children's individual learning and development
• Skilled at building positive relationships with children and families
• Committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive
