Expert Estimating

Description

Exyte are hiring for a number of estimator positions within the electrical, mechanical and Civil Structural/Architectural (CSA) spaces to support projects across Europe.

Exyte delivers comprehensive data center services from design to construction, ensuring efficiency and reliability. With our integrated project delivery approach, we have successfully executed numerous projects worldwide, including advanced intelligence data centers, hyperscale data centers, colocation and cloud computing data centers using traditional construction as well as modular construction techniques.

• Prepare and support estimates
• Review project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope
• Support estimating organization in database development and benchmarking, work with corporate stakeholders to gather data relevant to estimating
• Participate in the project and in team meetings
• Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages
• Complete all labor, material, equipment and subcontract pricing
• Coordinate proposal and construction schedules with Planning/Scheduling department
• Assist in preparation of written execution plans and technical clarifications
• Work with proposal sponsor or administrator to compile all required bid submittal information
• Assist the project teams in preparation

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA etc.)
• Degree or further education in a relevant field
• Prior estimating experience is required, ideally within Data Centers
