Expert - Global Mobility Tax Management (m/f/d) - Hybrid Option GER

As a Tax Expert in the Global Mobility team, you play a critical role in managing and documenting operational global compliance processes for international transfers. You provide comprehensive and business-oriented tax advisory services in collaboration with our experts, ensuring compliance with individual tax, payroll, social security, and EU directives related to employee transfers.

• In this role, you coordinate mobility processes with internal teams and external providers to develop value-adding solutions and offer comprehensive and business-oriented tax advisory services for international transfers, including business trips and remote work.
• You manage strategic and operational global tax compliance processes, adapting them to regional needs with the Mobility Consulting Team while identifying potential risks.
• Additionally, you oversee technical topics under the global Transfer Tax Governance Framework and design and conduct training on complex tax issues.
• You implement a service-oriented, risk-based compliance approach and monitor KPI adherence with the tax service provider to enhance service quality.
• Finally, you establish temporary work policies, conduct risk assessments, develop standardized global tax procedures, and interpret the Transfer Governance Framework to improve governance in Corporate Center HR.

• successfully completed degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience in international taxation, with a focus on personal income taxation
• experience in global mobility compliance for international transfers and business trips, as well as familiarity with tender processes
• proficiency in SAP HR, FI/CO, and MS Office programs
• ability to understand and present complex mobility compliance issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience
• effective and engaging communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus

• location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
• gross annual salary: € 65.000 - € 69.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience
