What you'll do:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a data-focused technology project, with a strong emphasis on improving how we manage data anonymisation and retention.
Shape project plans, define clear deliverables, and ensure progress stays on track through robust governance and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate closely with Proposition teams, Technology, and our Data Protection Office to embed best practice data management into core policy admin systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, strengthen compliance, and support wider business objectives.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and influencing decision-making where needed.
Ensure that the solutions delivered are sustainable, effective, and create long-term value for Royal London's customers and members.
The skills you'll need:
Proven experience delivering complex technology or data-related projects in Financial Services - ideally remediation.
Strong knowledge of data management, privacy, or governance - ideally with experience in data anonymisation and retention practices.
Familiarity with policy administration systems or similar large-scale business platforms.
Excellent planning and delivery skills, with a track record of keeping projects on track, on time, and within scope.
Confidence working across multiple business areas and translating technical detail into clear, actionable plans.
