Our London office, based in Wimbledon, is at the heart of our operations. The contract team has experienced significant growth this past year, and we're now looking to continue that growth whilst also expanding our permanent team.

The Role
  • Business Development: Proactively build a client portfolio, identify opportunities, and negotiate terms with leading financial institutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top tier contract candidates.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding through contract renewal.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates alike.

  • Have a proven track record of billing success in a technical market.
  • Are adept at building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

  • Are motivated by a tiered commission structure that rewards performance with up to 30% of billings.
