We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Engagement Manager to work fully remotely, supporting our Managing Partners across the full lifecycle of retained search engagements.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will sit at the centre of how our practice operates - managing mandates from candidate identification through to placement, coordinating directly with clients, candidates, and partners, producing candidate reports, organising interview schedules across multiple time zones, and supporting the preparation of leadership events and conferences. You will be the operational backbone of a firm that competes on judgement, discretion, and personal commitment.
What we need
Someone who understands what a retained search engagement looks like from the inside. You have supported partners or principals in a client-facing advisory environment - ideally in executive search, but we will also consider strong candidates from management consulting, corporate finance advisory, private banking, or high-end hospitality at the relationship management level. You are proactive by disposition, not by instruction.
The role involves
Managing the operational lifecycle of search mandates: candidate coordination, interview scheduling, report production, client communications, and progress tracking. Maintaining and updating our engagement database and candidate records with accuracy and care. Organising complex travel, meetings, and events - including leadership conferences and residencies. Providing research support where required to complement internal candidate identification work. Acting as the first point of quality and professionalism that clients and candidates experience when they interact with the firm.

A working style that anticipates rather than waits. Confidence with digital platforms, AI-enabled research tools, and open-source intelligence as part of daily workflow. Comfort with remote work across time zones, including occasional flexibility to accommodate Asian business hours. A sense of ownership over outcomes, not just tasks.
