The Exec Chef position in London is a permanent, full-time role with Berkeley Scott, offering a salary of £60,000 and a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule. This Executive Chef role will oversee both staff dining and hospitality operations within a busy, high-profile site.

As Executive Chef , you will be responsible for:

• Leading all kitchen operations across staff dining and hospitality.
• Driving innovation and creating exceptional fresh food menus.
• Elevating the hospitality offer with a refined, fine dining approach.
• Menu planning, recipe development and seasonal menu changes.
• Managing food costing, budgets and delivering strong financial performance.
• Ensuring excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen management.
• Developing, mentoring and inspiring a talented kitchen brigade.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering an outstanding food experience.

The ideal Executive Chef will have:

• Proven experience running a busy Business andamp; Industry contract.
• Strong contract catering experience within high-volume fresh food operations.
• Excellent fine dining and hospitality experience.
• A thorough understanding of food hygiene legislation and allergen compliance.
• Strong menu planning and food costing experience with a commercial mindset.
• A passion for food, creativity and developing people.
