Pay: £14.49 per hour

We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. You will help ensure exams run smoothly and in accordance with university regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare exam halls and materials.
• Check candidate IDs and maintain attendance records.
• Monitor exams, ensuring compliance and reporting irregularities.
• Assist students with alternative arrangements.
• Collect and secure exam scripts after sessions.

Requirements

• Good standard of education and proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Physically able to move exam materials and walk around the hall.
• Professional, calm, and courteous under pressure.

Desirable

• Previous invigilation experience.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities or health issues.

Mandatory training will be provided.
