Working closely with internal sales, technical, and operational teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the progression of plot sale transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey while supporting wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and progress transactions to meet exchange and completion targets.
  • Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, lenders, sales teams, and other key stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct purchaser due diligence and assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements, including source of funds reviews.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on transaction progress to key internal stakeholders.
  • Support the administration of home ownership and sales incentive schemes.
  • Manage pre-exchange, pre-completion, completion, and post-completion requirements.
  • Handle notices and legal documentation relating to landlords, management companies, and property disposals where required.
  • Attend progression meetings and proactively identify solutions to potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure all files comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years' experience within plot sales conveyancing or residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential property market and conveyancing processes.
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyse legal issues quickly and provide practical solutions.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Desirable Experience

Experience of working with:

  • New-build property transactions.
  • Affordable housing disposals.
  • Shared ownership and home ownership schemes.
  • Sales incentive schemes and part exchange transactions.
  • Leasehold and freehold residential property matters.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Comfortable working within case management and paperless filing systems.
  • Strong reporting and administration capabilities.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid and flexible working opportunities.
