  • Conduct purchaser due diligence and assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements, including source of funds reviews.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on transaction progress to key internal stakeholders.
  • Support the administration of home ownership and sales incentive schemes.
  • Manage pre-exchange, pre-completion, completion, and post-completion requirements.
  • Handle notices and legal documentation relating to landlords, management companies, and property disposals where required.
  • Attend progression meetings and proactively identify solutions to potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure all files comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Experience of working with:

  • New-build property transactions.
  • Affordable housing disposals.
  • Shared ownership and home ownership schemes.

  • Leasehold and freehold residential property matters.
