Estate Cleaning Technician - Frontline Community Spaces

Essential Employment is seeking a Mobile Estate Services Cleaner in Croydon to join our frontline team on a full-time temporary contract. The role pays £15 per hour PAYE. You will carry out cleaning across internal and external estate areas, report health and safety issues, and ensure communal spaces remain safe for residents.

A valid UK driving licence is required. Experience with using cleaning machinery (jet washers, steam cleaners) for deep cleaning is a plus; you will handle refuse areas
