Position SummaryYou will lead the PMO for our Global SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. You will work with business leaders, IT delivery teams, external partners and functional owners to ensure the programme delivers on time, on budget and with clear business value. Key Responsibilities- Define and execute PMO governance for the ERP Evolution programme, including planning, reporting, risk / issue management and change governance.
- Create and maintain integrated programme plans, dependencies and milestone tracking across workstreams.
- Produce clear, timely reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Coordinate change control, benefits tracking and business readiness activities with workstream / Cluster leads.
- Support supplier and budget management activities, including forecasting and spend monitoring.
- Coach and mentor project managers and delivery leads to improve consistency and delivery rigor.

Basic Qualification- Significant experience leading PMO or programme controls for large ERP transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong skills in programme planning, risk and issue management, and integrated scheduling.
- Experience producing executive-level reporting and dashboards that drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, IT and business operations.
- Experience managing suppliers and third-party delivery partners in large programmes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA functional or technical delivery.
- Professional certification in programme or project management (for example PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Experience in regulated industries or life sciences programmes.
- Strong capability with programme tools (for example MS Project, Jira, Power BI or similar).
- Track record of building PMO capability and improving delivery processes.
- Experience running benefits realisation and business readiness activities for ERP go-lives.
