Equipment Qualification Engineer

For our partner located in the canton of Neuchâtel, GI Life Sciences is looking for: Equipment Engineer Temporary position Start date: Duration: 6 months Your mission: As part of the revamping project for the tablet area, you will play a key role as an Equipment Engineer within the MS&T team and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for leading the Design Hand-over activities. You will work closely with the project team, site teams, technical services, and multisite stakeholders to ensure compliant execution. Your responsibilities: Oversee and lead the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities of OSD equipment. Ensure the proper execution of C&Q activities, from low to high complexity, within deadlines and budget. Manage the complete tablet area: equipment, CSV. Optimize resources to meet priorities, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Collaborate with internal and external teams (engineering, MS&T, QA, suppliers, C&Q contractors) for project objectives and provide expert technical support. Define and write approaches (plans), criteria, and approve protocols and reports. Lead or support regulatory and industrial research (FDA, industry standards) to guide criteria and support or manage complex change controls and action plans related to C&Q activities. Participate in implementing tools, methods, and structures to improve C&Q activity management.
