Customer Success Manager (Entry-Level)

Epsom (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

£30,000 base salary + commission

About the Role

Flourish are hiring for a growing SaaS business in Epsom who are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, helping them get the most value from the platform, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support needs
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high retention and customer success

No prior Customer Success experience is required - full training and support will be provided.
