Job Description

Viso is accelerating the digital transformation of some of the world's largest organizations using computer vision, one of the fastest-growing fields within AI. We are backed by top-tier VC Accel (investors in Facebook, Slack, Spotify, etc.) and executives from DeepMind and UiPath, among others.

Organizations utilize Viso's end-to-end computer vision platform to enhance visibility and address use cases such as safety, efficiency, and compliance. Unlike hard-coded systems that are difficult to update and scale, Viso is fully customizable, user-friendly, and scalable across clients' global production sites.

Viso has gained traction with some of the world's largest organizations, offering unique capabilities in the market. We serve various industry verticals, with a focus on Health & Safety and Operational Efficiency.

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our team, aiming to democratize access to computer vision and lead the next wave of AI adoption. Experience with clients in areas such as computer vision, health and safety, operational excellence, manufacturing, or construction would be advantageous.

This role reports to the Sales Director and involves regular interaction with the Senior Leadership team. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom and be based in or near London, with the ability to commute 1-2 days weekly to our office in Bank.

What will you do?
  1. Outbound Prospecting: Partner with BDRs to initiate contact with potential clients via social selling, cold calling, email campaigns, and events.
  2. Qualify Opportunities: Ensure alignment with target markets and our product offerings.
  3. Multi-Thread Approach: Strategically engage with accounts involving 10+ personas.
  4. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
  5. Maintain CRM & Track Engagement: Log all activities, conversations, and next steps in Salesforce to support a structured, data-driven sales process.
  6. Negotiate Commercials: Work towards closing deals that are beneficial for both parties.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge through training and self-learning.
Key Skills
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, ideally at an early stage (Seed to Series B).
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B sales, primarily with upper mid-market and/or enterprise accounts.
  • Achievement-oriented with a proven track record of top performance, possibly demonstrated through extracurricular achievements.
  • Excellent presence with experience influencing and selling at all organizational levels.
  • Proven career progression, personal development, and achievement.
  • SaaS sales experience of value-based products.
