The Opportunity:
Are you communicative and interested in providing excellent customer service? Start now as a German/English speaking Customer Service Specialist.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer inbound calls to assist customers with the placement of orders and various service requests.

High level of oral and written communication skills
Minimum of one year Customer Service experience/Two years preferred
You are communicative and have a strong interest in providing excellent customer service.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to problem-solve in difficult situations while always maintaining a professional demeanor towards customers and team members.
Flexible between 8:00-18:00

Essential Functions:
Answer inbound calls.
Answer emails from sales queue in a timely manner.
Provide assistance for escalated customer concerns, sales, delivery, tracking, investigations, sizing, color
Update customer account information.
Resolve Daily Reports
Follow-up with Order Processing as needed regarding orders.
Report and document possible fraudulent activity on credit cards.
Work directly with the Supervisor to ensure all daily tasks are completed before the end of the business day.
Receive direction from Supervisor who determines daily staffing needs for phone volume
Responsible for remaining well-informed of the company's product line, as well as the policies and procedures of the job
Other Duties may apply.
Skills Required:
Fluent in German and English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem Solving
Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Accuracy
Ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills (preferred: Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
Basic mathematical skills
