Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: English Teacher (Specialist Secondary Provision) - Bury

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
Salary: £160-£230 per day (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Equal Pay: Matched to permanent staff after 13 weeks
Payment: Direct PAYE (no umbrella companies)

We're working with a newly established specialist secondary school in Bury, supporting students aged 11-16 with EHCPs for autism and/or speech, language, and communication needs.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity where you'll not only shape learning but also help build a positive, supportive school culture from the ground up.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour in all students.

  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and wider school development.

  • QTS or QTLS (or overseas equivalent).

  • A CV covering at least the last 10 years.
