Working in a close-knit team of 20 professionals, you'll use your expertise in metal conservation and schooperen to protect and enhance metal products, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.

• Preparing metal surfaces using grit-corundum blasting techniques to ensure they are ready for further treatment.
• Operating the blasting line to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
• Applying schooperen techniques to protect materials from rust and prepare them for coating.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure every product meets our rigorous standards.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve production and safety goals in a well-organized environment.

• Monthly salary between €3300 and €3600 gross, including shift allowances.
• A permanent contract for long-term job security.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a minimum of 38 hours.
• 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 ATV days).

• Proven experience in metal preservation and grit-corundum blasting.
• Familiarity with schooperen techniques is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch or English, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in two shifts and reside locally.
• Experience with overhead spraying and specific layer thickness is a plus.
