English Speaking Cleanroom Operator

As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play an essential role in the production process. You support the assembly department by ensuring that all parts and components meet the highest quality standards. Your work has a direct impact on reliable, high-end products used by international customers.You will be working in a cleanroom environment where accuracy, discipline, and structure are key. At the same time, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and expand your technical skills.
Your main responsibilities:- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts and components
- Cleaning and drying parts with high precision using ultrasonic baths
- Removing weld discoloration (heat tint) from metal components
- Cleaning process bins used within the cleanroom
- Strictly following quality procedures and cleanroom protocols
- Carefully packaging finished products and preparing shipping documentation
- Reporting products as ready and transferring them to the logistics team
- Actively contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency
You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00), offering variety in your schedule and an attractive shift allowance. Wat we je bieden You'll join a growing high-tech organization where your development and job satisfaction are a priority:

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

- Basic technical experience and comfortable working with tools
- Ability to read technical drawings is a strong plus
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment is an advantage
- Good command of English or Dutch
- Accurate, quality-focused, and able to follow procedures carefully
- Own accommodation and transport
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
