Protocol Education is recruiting English graduates to work within a specialist SEND school in Gateshead, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. This role is ideal for graduates interested in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy or SEND support.

What You'll Do

• Support pupils throughout the school day.
• Deliver literacy and communication activities.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff.
• Provide tailored 1:1 support.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence.
• Help create engaging learning experiences.
