English Graduate - Specialist SEND School Gateshead 
Looking to build experience before completing a PGCE or pursuing a career in education? Protocol Education is recruiting English graduates to work within a specialist SEND school in Gateshead, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. This role is ideal for graduates interested in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy or SEND support.
What You'll Do- Support pupils throughout the school day.
- Deliver literacy and communication activities.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff.
- Provide tailored 1:1 support.
- Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence.
- Help create engaging learning experiences.
- English degree.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Passion for supporting young people.
- Ability to build positive relationships.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September, offering excellent classroom experience in a supportive specialist environment.
