Job Description: You will lead a high-impact engineering squad focused on building sophisticated forecasting and decision-support tools. • Proven experience in hands-on technical leadership with the ability to work across the full stack and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes within cross-functional, agile product squads.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between rapid delivery and long-term maintainability.
