Location: Hybrid - London office.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who knows what it takes to build impactful products and empowered, high performing teams.

As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a cross functional squad of talented engineers, drive delivery of key projects, and work closely with Product and Design to shape the future of our platform. Where do you fit in?

You'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers, coaching and developing them through regular 1:1s, growth conversations and the right level of support to help them thrive. You'll own the delivery of technical work from idea to implementation, making sure everything we ship aligns with business goals and genuinely moves the needle. Collaboration will be central to your role - partnering with Product, Design, and other functions to plan effectively, communicate clearly and keep teams aligned. You'll also help shape our technical direction, supporting architectural decisions and championing engineering best practices to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable and easy to maintain.

What do you need to succeed?

• A solid background in Software Engineering, with a deep understanding of how modern tech teams operate.

• Confident stakeholder manager and trusted partner to sales, and commercial teams

• Proven experience managing engineers - you know how to inspire and challenge people, and build teams where everyone thrives.

• Confidence in delivery - you're calm under pressure, clear on priorities, and good at removing blockers

• Someone who communicates with empathy and clarity - whether you're talking to engineers, product managers, or stakeholders.
