About Your New Job

As the Energy Services & Asset Manager, you will play a key role in managing renewable energy assets, operational delivery, and customer relationships across Ireland and the UK.

You will be responsible for leading solar O&M and energy service activities, ensuring assets perform efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and oversee Solar PV O&M activities, heating services, and subcontractor operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
• Manage renewable energy assets, analysing performance data, identifying optimisation opportunities, and producing reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Support commercial activities including service proposals, pricing, contract discussions, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Develop operational processes, reporting structures, and performance dashboards to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and support operational teams, including resource planning, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Skills You Need

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Experience managing renewable energy operations, ideally within Solar PV O&M, energy services, utilities, or building services.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, asset performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Proven experience managing teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Experience working with clients, contracts, pricing, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to analyse operational data and develop performance reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
