Overview

Employment law role in London for a Senior Associate level position with 8 12 years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients ranging from large corporates to SMEs on disciplinary processes and workplace investigations, including discrimination issues and sexual harassment allegations.
• Provide advice on business reorganisations, large scale redundancies, TUPE transfers, and transgender rights.
• Draft and respond to tribunal claims, draft witness statements, and manage disclosure.

Qualifications

• 8 12 years PQE in respondent and contentious employment law.
• Experience in non contentious matters and senior executive advisory.
• Desirable: experience of advocacy.
• Experience at a leading London law firm.
