Job Description
Overview 
Employment law role in London for a Senior Associate level position with 8 12 years PQE.
Responsibilities- Advise clients ranging from large corporates to SMEs on disciplinary processes and workplace investigations, including discrimination issues and sexual harassment allegations.
- Provide advice on business reorganisations, large scale redundancies, TUPE transfers, and transgender rights.
- Draft and respond to tribunal claims, draft witness statements, and manage disclosure.
- 8 12 years PQE in respondent and contentious employment law.
- Experience in non contentious matters and senior executive advisory.
- Desirable: experience of advocacy.
- Experience at a leading London law firm.
- Hybrid working.
