Salary: around £50,000 plus car allowance, annual bonus and enhanced pension.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Location: Hybrid - Cannock, WS11 8JP.

What you'll be doing- Manage and deliver comprehensive emerging talent programmes, including apprenticeships and graduate programmes, within Veolia.
- Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives, build key partnerships with educational institutions and create effective learning pathways for emerging talent.
- Oversee the full life cycle of emerging talent programmes: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, recognition, benefits, progression, performance, retain/exit, and alumni.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme success and participant development.
- Oversee the apprenticeship provision, including early careers and up skilling, using learning interventions to drive career learning while maximising the use of Veolia's apprenticeship levy.
- Previous recruitment experience in agency or in house environments, ideally within early careers, graduates or apprenticeships.
- Relevant experience and expertise in programme development, stakeholder management and apprenticeship frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Knowledge of Workday is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
