Job Description

A leading international company operating in the renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a permanent position. With a strong pipeline of projects across Europe and beyond, the company delivers EPC solutions for large-scale, eco-sustainable energy plants.

Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site electrical works including installation, cabling, testing, and commissioning
  • Coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with project documentation, standards, and regulations
  • Monitor quality, progress, and site safety
  • Liaise with project management, engineering, and HSE teams
  • Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Resolve technical and site related electrical issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role
  • Strong background in industrial or renewable energy electrical installations
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and electrical standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
