eCommerce Lead - Footwear Startup

Are you a data-driven e-commerce professional looking for an opportunity to lead and grow an online retail presence? We're looking for an eCommerce Lead to take ownership of our Shopify+ website, optimise the customer journey, and drive online sales growth.

Our client is a UK-based company known for their high-quality shoes and strong brand identity.

This role reports into the Chief Digital Officer (CDO).

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Shopify+ website.
• Improving conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
• Enhancing user experience and customer journey from landing to checkout.
• Overseeing third-party integrations, SEO, and analytics reporting.
• Leading e-commerce projects, working with marketing and development teams.
• Staying ahead of industry trends to drive innovation.

• You have proven experience in e-commerce, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
• Strong Shopify+ expertise with a track record of improving site performance.
• Experience with SEO, CRO, and website analytics tools.
• Project management skills, working with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive and organised approach in a fast-paced environment.

£45,000 - £55,000 DOE
